Karen and I were in Nassau, Bahamas to help our good friend Pastor Cherelus Exante and his wife Anne celebrate his 40th anniversary in ministry on June 1, 2014 (see previous post). Among those who participated the celebration service was the Haitian Ambassador to the Bahamas, Antonio Rodrigue. Karen and I had the privilege of meeting the Ambassador and chatting with him.

At the anniversary service the Ambassador brought official greetings and had encouraging and kind words for Pastor Exante. The Haitian Embassy recognizes Pastor Exante and New Haitian Mission Baptist Church's integral help and care of the Haitian community in the Bahamas.
