India Leadership Training Conference ~ January 2016

Truth Connect conducted its 4th annual Leadership Training Conference (LTC) in Hyderabad, India.  The three day LTC was held January 27-29, 2016 at the Operation Mobilization's campus in Chintal. Truth Connect's ministry team included Pastor Kirk Rowland, teaching pastor from Emmanuel Baptist Church, Johnstown PA, USA and Dr. Donald Schreier, Truth Connect's founder and president.  The theme for this year's LTC was The Qualifications of A Church Leader.  A total of 133 church leaders representing over 60 different churches, with some leaders traveling over 500 kilometers, enjoyed the fellowship of their peers and encouragement from the Word of God.

Pastor Moses Kancharla and the Berea Baptist Church organized and hosted the event.  Pastor Moses served as the conference master of ceremony and translator for Truth Connect's teaching team.

Operation Mobilization's (OM) well kept and beautiful campus was a great location for the LTC.  The conference center was spacious and comfortable.  A number of conference attendees from out of town stayed in OM's dormitories.  OM's staff was also able to provided daily cooked lunches for the LTC attendees.

Truth Connect's mission is to encourage and equip Christian leaders to bring positive, godly transformation to their homes, churches, communities and nation.  The LTC brought a powerful message of hope and encouragement to these Indian leaders from God's Word.  Truth Connect thanks God for all His provision and thanks its supporters who pray and gave to make this LTC a reality.
