Truth Connect was in Port de Paix, Haiti for a Leadership Training Conference (LTC) in April, 2018 (see previous post). Pastor Cherelus Exanté, the founder and president of New Haitian Mission Baptist Church Association (NHMBCA), sponsored both the LTC and an outdoor evangelistic crusade for the city. Each evening Pastor Exanté, churches from NHMBCA, missionaries from Mission Discovery and Truth Connect participated in the community outreach. Local churches provided adult and youth choirs that generated plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Pastor Cherelus, Pastor Terry Beatty, Pastor Ray Labatte and Dr. Donald Schreier were the preachers for the week. Each service ended with an invitation to believe and receive Jesus Christ as God's gift of love for salvation from sin & death, healing & hope. God saved, healed and restored many through faith in Jesus Christ. To God be the glory!
