Truth Connect taught a two day Leadership Training Conference (LTC) near America’s capital city, Washington D.C. Pastor Rich and Dr. Jennifer Edwards hosted the LTC at Layhill Community Church where they have been ministering for the past ten years. Rich and Jenn know the value of investing in church leadership and therefore they invited two other churches to join Layhill for the LTC. These included a Spanish speaking church and an Indian Telugu Church. The Edward’s vision to improve their own church’s leadership also benefited other local churches. The LTC lessons contrasted the leadership methods and styles of King Saul and King David. The group also learned John C. Maxwell’s, 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.
