Truth Connect was invited to Ponce, Haiti in November, 2018 by CrossRoads Mission to train leaders in their ministry network as well as other local church leaders. The two day Leadership Training Conference (LTC) was held at CrossRoads Church in Ponce and hosted by Pastor Gilles Pierre Elie and CrossRoads Mission. Over eighty church leaders attended the LTC -- sixteen travelled a far distance and slept on mats on the church floor. The US missionaries and church staff worked together to serve the conference participants meals and make the LTC a great success. Dr. Don taught the LTC and was assisted by Joseph, his very capable interpreter.
