The Nassau, Bahamas Leaders' Conference, hosted by Pastor Exante Cherelus and New Haitian Mission Baptist Church, met September 25-29, 2012. The conference focused on Jesus' command to "Go, ... make disciples of all nations" (Matt. 28:19). Each evening Haitian church leaders met to learn about the status of world evangelization and how making disciples as Jesus taught, is the responsibility of every Christian, not just the clergy and missionaries.
Key elements covered during the week focused on: 1) What is a disciple? 2) Who is to make disciples? and 3) How do you make a disciple? The text for the study was the Bible and the Holy Spirit of God was our primary teacher. It was a wonderful week of learning and encouragement! To God be the glory!
