Report from Kenyan Church Leader

       In October, 2013 Truth Connect conducted a Leadership Training Conference (LTC) in Eldoret, Kenya (see earlier blog posts of this incredible week).  Bishop Chris is the local pastor who organized the event in Kenya.  Since the LTC he has been sharing with me some of the results of the conference.  I appreciate so much our relationship with Bishop Chris and all of our friends in Kenya.  Pastor Chris wrote:

Dear Dr. Don,

     We had a wonderful worship service yesterday (11/4/13). More than 40 people gave their lives to Jesus.  We have never experienced such revival in our church.  The LTC we had brought a big impact in our community - that was a big number!

     We are planning a mission trip to Uganda to do open air meetings in villages and house to house evangelism.  We shall be using your teaching materials that you used here for training our pastors.  Your materials have helped so many leaders since you left.  We are one family in the Lord and we thank God for connecting us together.
